My Dream Team for Solving Impossible Problems

We have a problem-solving problem in the United States right now. It begins with the fact that as soon as someone decides who is to blame for an issue, they completely de-commit from taking any part in solving the portion of the problem that is under their direct control. Blame-passing is really the best way to reinforce status quo. But instead of going down that rabbit hole and being a blamer myself, today’s thought experiment will instead focus on what kinds of people are best at solving problems, and which types I would want on my team.

Keep in mind that any one of these personality types will be effective at solving one specific issue, but it takes the entire symphony of changemakers to affect real improvement in our world. My shortlist is based mostly on armchair quarterbacking, so take it with a hefty dose of hand-dried, small batch organic sea salt. I do. Also, since some of this is career-based and some is personality-based, one person can fill more than one role.
